Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, peak seasons, or carrier issues outside our control.
Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking information. Tracking may take 3–7 business days to update after the item has been shipped.
If you cannot see tracking updates, this does not mean the package is not moving. It simply means the next checkpoint has not scanned the parcel yet.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. This ensures faster delivery and better stock availability.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or VAT depending on the country.
- These charges are not included in your purchase.
- Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees.
PocketRetroPlay is not responsible for delays caused by customs or authorities.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If the package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Missing address details
- Recipient unavailable
The customer will be responsible for reshipment fees. We do not issue refunds for orders returned due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows the package as lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately:

We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds.
